What will I be doing?

Blueprint is looking for a FastTrack Program Manager to support key programs aimed at enabling FT and field role orchestration. In this position you will work across FastTrack’s Product Owners, Shared Services, and field engineering teams. You will partner closely with Program Managers in support of driving business requirements/strategy to execution through collaboration and consultative efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration: Work closely with FT's tooling, data, and reporting teams to ensure understanding of project requirements and successful project completion, including support for API design and integration and actively seeking opportunities to maximize the usage of data in tooling enhancements.
  2. Execution: Take strategic direction from FT Program Managers and translate it into actionable tasks, ensuring the effective implementation of business tooling enhancements, including a focus on API design and integration that maximizes data utilization
  3. Data Optimization/Interpretation: Analyze acquired data with a focus on correctly and accurately driving business revenue drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations; actively seeking ways to maximize the value and usage of available data.
  4. Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards, contributing to the team's overall success in enhancing business tools with an additional responsibility for maximizing the usage of data to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tooling enhancements: demonstrated experience in enhancing business tools, preferably with a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • API Experience: Understanding in API design and integration requirements with business and technical roles aimed at maximizing data utilization and align with strategic goals
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data to drive business revenue including experience with translating business requirements to reporting requirements.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, including the ability to take ownership of projects, set priorities, and ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: An understanding of how to make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvements in tooling enhancements.
  • Strategic Thinking: The capability to align with strategic directions and objectives while executing on tooling enhancement projects.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, present insights, and make recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of release lifecycles and concepts related to tooling enhancement and API design.
  • Problem Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve complex problems, particularly in the context of tooling enhancements and data utilization
  • SharePoint Online Experience (Strongly Recommended) 

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $120,000 to $152,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
