F&B Senior Operations Manager - MGM Grand Mansion

The Mansion serves breakfast lunch and dinner with operation hours from 7am-10pm with two exquisite menu options.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Leading the team to achieve the operational and financial goals of the venue; monitoring the performance, scheduling and training of the staff; executing initiatives as implemented by property F&B leadership; maintaining the facilities in accordance with MGM Resorts service standards; and ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ensures and adheres to the collective bargaining agreement
• Responsible for providing and promoting Forbes 5 Star service
• Charismatic, personable and confident personality
• Working knowledge of reservation platform such as SevenRooms
• Passionate on leading, mentoring and managing a team
• Ability to train a team of 10-15 employees
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments/stakeholders
• Acts as a liaison between the kitchen and front of house employees
• Bilingual in either Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
• Enthusiastic about delivering a consistent luxury experience to all guests
• Prior knowledge on inventory and purchasing platforms
• Experience with menu formatting and development
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret profit and loss analysis
• Extensive Wine knowledge
• Ability to memorize menu items and seasonal items
• Exhibits strong emotional intelligence skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
