Description and Requirements

【About Organization】

Wireless design　development team for hardware development work for FCNT products

- Wireless project management and operation of new development models in collaboration with MBG R&D team (Radio, Antenna, Connectivity)

- Design review in ODM development (promoting problem solving to ensure quality and delivery dates, Inspection related to the Radio Law, Terminal performance verification work)

- Carrier support (Nagotiation and coordination of technology/schedules with mobile carriers,

hardware design review of developed models, etc.)

【Roles and responsibilities】

The following duties are mainly expected, but decisions will be made flexibly depending on the candidate's aptitude.

Regarding mechanical design of mobile terminals

- Wireless and antenna design and development for mobile terminals

- Mobile Phone development work using ODM

- Carrier support

- Repair service support for launched models

【Key Interaction with】

1) Domestic

- FCNT related departments (business division, software development, quality assurance, product planning, SCM, etc.)

- Domestic carriers (docomo, KDDI, SoftBank,Rakten)

- Cooperating parts vendors（Qualcomm, Media Tek）

- ODM

2) 海外

- MBG　Lenovo related departments (hardware development team, ,Global test center)

- ODM vendor

【Requirements: Must Have】

- Over 5 years of experience in mobile phone wireless/antenna design work

- Strong communication skills (Logical one, communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill and so on)

- English conversation TOEIC score of 500 or Chinese conversation

- Fluent Japanese is strongly required. (N1)
