About the Role
You are the primary technical engineer supporting Orca’s federal post-sales motion, acting as an internal and customer-facing trusted advisor, responsible for the successful implementation, product adoption, and operationalization of Orca Security.
As part of the job, you’ll:Â
- Become a technical authority on the Orca Security platform, to understand the customer’s technical requirements and communicate complex, technical Cloud Security concepts.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enablement and value realization across multiple personas within the customer’s organization.
- Drive product implementation, adoption, and long term value as customers progress through their journey milestones with Orca.
- Perform quality assurance in the final stages of the Software Development Lifecycle by validating product releases and enhancements.
- Cultivate customer trust by sharing expertise in the operationalization of Orca and best practices in the cloud.
General Areas of Experience
- CSPM:Â Cloud Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Compliance, CIEM / IAM
- CWPP:Â Vulnerability Management, Compliance, DSPM
- Foundational experience with one or more of the following:Â AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba
- Working knowledge of:Â Containers, Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of:Â APIs, API Security
- Working knowledge of:Â CI/CD Pipelines, IaC, SDLC
- Scripting Background in:Â Bash, Python, Powershell
- Understanding of Federal Systems Integrators and how they serve their customersÂ
About You
- 3+ years in roles similar to:Â Cloud Security Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Post Sales Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management
- 2+ years of Federal customer success experience
- 1+ years of experience in Cloud technologies
- Clearance: DoD TS eligible with active SSBIÂ
