Federal Account Executive-BloodHound Enterprise Team
Job Description
SpecterOps is looking for a Federal Account Executive to join our BloodHound Enterprise team. From the creators of BloodHound, BloodHound Enterprise is a SaaS technology that continuously and comprehensively maps Directory Services Attack Paths that allows our clients to remove Active Directory as the attacker’s easiest, most reliable, and most attractive target. We are searching for an experienced Federal Account Executive to help grow our BloodHound Enterprise customer base.
Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience + Commission
- OTE: $280,000 - $325,00
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S.
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales cycle to close sales opportunities and generate new business for BloodHound Enterprise in Federal accounts
- Lead technical, solution-oriented sales conversations that help clients understand the uniquely differentiated capabilities of BloodHound Enterprise
- Identify and manage partnerships required to deliver product in the Federal space
- Achieve ACV sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Track and report opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide accurate forecasting
- Identify and assist Federal events to support selling activities
- Prepare account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets
- Deliver technical requirements back to business to support the requirements of Federal agencies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience successfully selling into the Federal space
- Excellent communication skills including strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Nice To haves:
- 5+ years’ experience exceeding sales quota in the Federal space
- SaaS selling experience highly desirable
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Located in Washington DC metro area
