Latent AI enables creation of more robust, efficient, and agile edge applications that improve user adoption and mission impact.Our current product mission is simplifying and accelerating traditional AI workflows from model training and optimization to deployment and support. Our flagship product, the Latent AI Efficient Inference Platform™ (LEIP), is a unified SDK built for machine learning engineers and AI software developers. Our solutions are being used in more places than ever before including manufacturing automation, predictive maintenance, process control, consumer electronics, and defense and aerospace applications. And we are just getting started.

We are looking for a Federal Program Manager. An individual with experience in helping program managing federal contracts from inception to execution.

This position is a multi-faceted role that allows the individual to learn and grow within the organization. The organizational culture is to foster hungry and willing individuals to grow into roles as the company grows.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales product & services delivery across Latent AI’s contract portfolio

• Ensure successful contract execution in meeting the customers expectations, including project timelines and associated resource allocation

• Enhance and strengthen customer relationships during delivery

• Balance customer requirements, priorities, and resources across the company’s delivery portfolio

• Coordinate with accounting to submit invoices with the customer & partners

• Develop processes for, and subsequently lead: license management, helpdesk support, and partner training 

• Manage customer evaluation process, in close collaboration with VP of Federal and Integrated Systems team

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders 

• Support CEO and VP of Federal for follow-on and expansion opportunities

• Provide input to CTO and VP of Engineering for product development and feature enhancements

• Communicate effectively to elicit understanding of complex problems and procedures;
  develop suggestions for improvement

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with leadership team for product development

• Utilize customer feedback to drive product planning

• Help bring product to market (planning, demos, talking points)

• Create and manage processes for the company to effectively and efficiently respond to proposals and partner data calls

• Act as a trusted advisor to the company leadership for proposals, contract administration, and overall business strategies.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering business and technology applications/products

• Demonstrated experience performing resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring

• Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis

• Highly motivated, strong communicator, with entrepreneurial spirit and experience, driving projects from inception to production

• Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity

• Strong communication and presentation skills to audiences at various levels of technical knowledge

• Willingness to travel to customer locations (10%-50%), when COVID restrictions allow

• Location: Princeton, NJ (preferred) / Washington DC Area (if remote)

• US citizenship required 

• DoD Clearance strongly preferred
