Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and eager recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be a core member of Talent Acquisition at Govini, helping to expand the number of market-facing teams based in our Arlington, Virginia office. To do this job well, you should be passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the very best person for the job. You are high-energy, outgoing, and persistent. This is a team member position based in our Arlington, VA office. 

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment of sales and delivery hires with an emphasis on skill and cultural fit
  • Attract top talent and increase Govini brand awareness by eloquently and compellingly telling the Govini story
  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies with a key focus on candidate engagement
  • Develop and execute against sourcing plans to identify and attract high-quality candidates
  • Create and manage a robust network of candidates through a variety of sources, including social media outreach, ongoing relationship management, referrals, campus, and networking events
  • Screen, interview, schedule, and facilitate progression through the candidate lifecycle
  • Consistently manage a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline
  • Work to diagnose current recruiting efforts and develop and implement a strategy geared towards delivering an exceptional candidate selection and onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to execute against hiring goals and workforce planning

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing, identifying, recruiting, and closing candidates at all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience designing and ensuring the implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Demonstrated success in delivering immediate recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find candidates
  • Experience with managing and effectively using an ATS system
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, oral, and written) with a keen attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter who is results-oriented 
  • Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing statistics and provide analytical updates to management
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and implementation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Desire and willingness to contribute to team goals and help those around you solve problems

  • Desired Skills:
  • Previous agency recruiting experience, specializing in recruiting for sales organizations, the federal space, or experience recruiting a variety of roles in a hyper-growth organization
  • Experience creating compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
  • Proficiency and experience with Lever Proficiency using GSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
