Your Impact
Axon is expanding into the federal market and is growing our team! We need a high energy, process focused federal operations coordinator to work with internal teams at Axon and support a streamlined customer order experience. In this role you will coordinate processing of all opportunities and facilitate implementation of federal specific requirements into Axon processes. You will serve as the conduit between sales, program management and our internal teams to ensure efficient execution of orders, compliance to customer requirements and adherence with internal policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do

Reports to: Director, Federal Operations

- Support Federal Sales and Program management teams in providing a seamless order experience to our customers.
- Become an expert in Axon's products, pricing, and sales programs, and work with sales representatives to ensure sales quotes sent to customers are accurate and aligned with customer requirements and Axon process needs.
- Build quotes and process accurate customer and distributor orders by capturing and entering all pertinent order details within order management systems.
- Review contracts with program management and ensure that pertinent information has been transitioned from contract/Purchase order into relevant Axon systems for processing (i.e. SOWs, customer specific shipping and invoicing requirements, etc)
- Work with internal and external teams on all other order transactions, including amendments, T&E, returns and warranty orders.
- Communicate effectively with and respond to/act on requests both from internal stakeholders
- Provide support to the logistics team in issuing timely and accurate pick documentation and drive needed escalations for product allocations based on current and future opportunity forecasts
- Work with compliance team to produce/issue all necessary import/export documentation on customer orders
- Act as first line control for contractual risk management, ensuring that contracts order deviations are appropriately escalated/monitored.
- Ensure that appropriate filing and documentation is maintained for all customer transactions.
- Support the Sales and program management teams with all federal processes, including onboarding new customers/partners and driving Salesforce compliance.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that customers are invoiced accurately and on a timely basis, in line with contractual requirements.
- Support generation of customer required reporting (i.e. Shipping tracking info, outstanding balance information, RMA reports , etc)
- Generate and maintain dashboards to track and report on relevant metrics
- Support and assist your teammates.
- Other tasks as might be required from time to time.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of relevant order entry experience
- Ability to learn on the go, be a self-starter
- High attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a fast moving and often ambiguous environment.
- Ability to frequently juggle multiple high-priority deadline-driven projects at once
- Prior experience with a federal government contractor
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
- Concern for high quality deliverables and deadlines

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 70,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 110,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 80,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 130,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
