Position Details

• Opportunity to perform Mohs surgery and cutaneous oncology with flexible options to include general or cosmetic dermatology.
• Modern in-house labs are staffed with experienced technicians.
• Supportive clinical and administrative team.
• Anticipated 20–30 Mohs cases per week with opportunity for growth.
• 4-day work week option with flexible scheduling.
• Partnership opportunity available within 2 years.

Candidate Requirements

• Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon, preferably ACMS certified or eligible.
• Strong surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.
• Desire to grow in a physician-owned practice with leadership opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $450,000 – $650,000 plus productivity incentives.
• Total compensation potential exceeding $700,000-$1,000,000 with performance and ownership participation.
