The Mental Health Clinician is a clinical resource for their functional area(s). This role requires a focused approach to provide evidence-informed sessions to persons going through fertility treatments and/or on a family-forming journey. Carrot is developing solutions to optimize health and family-forming journeys and you can be a part of this change.

The team consists of a diverse group of individuals with expertise in areas such as fertility, mental health, nutrition, and pregnancy. They have a passion for continuous learning and education with an evidence-based approach.

- Navigate the pregnancy journey
The Responsibilities
- Working remotely about 5 hrs/week and subject to change based on business needs.
- Ability to identify and support the emotional needs and challenges faced by those on the fertility and family forming journey
- Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate othersÂ
- Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employeesÂ
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards
- Educate and empower members through multiple modalities
About You
- Active LCSW, PsyD, LMFT, RN
- Currently practicing clinician with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care to individuals, couples and families in the fertility and family forming space
- Experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community
- Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family forming related topics
- Ability to work independently and capable of identifying and implementing best practices
- Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and mental health related topicsÂ
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role)
- Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needsÂ
- Multilingual skills is a bonus but not a requirement
Compensation:Â

The expected base salary for this position will range from the $95 - $120 hourly range. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.Â
