Our Team

Flint Hills Resources (FHR) is a subsidiary of Koch Industries and operates as an independent refining and chemicals company. With a strong presence in the Midwest and Texas, FHR runs several refineries that process crude oil into a wide range of products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and chemicals. Through an extensive marketing and distribution network, FHR supplies its refined products and chemicals across North America. What You Will Do

  • Assist in conducting inspections and monitoring activities to identify and assess potential integrity issues in our equipment, pipelines, and other assets
  • You would help analyze data collected from inspections and monitoring to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks. This may involve using various software tools and techniques.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and consequences of integrity-related failures and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Work closely with other team members, such as engineers, technicians, and operations personnel, to implement integrity programs and ensure effective communication and coordination.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2026
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
