FIA Sales Executive
Job Description
The Sales Executive is tasked with spearheading sales growth by conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. This role involves initiative-taking outreach, effective communication, and a well-developed ability to consult and present solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Actively pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate agreements to close deals.
- Manage self-prioritization and maintain tenacity in a competitive environment.
Qualifications:
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak foreign languages preferred.
- Exemplary listening skills and attention to detail.
- High resilience and capability to handle rejection effectively.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a competitive industry.
- Self-motivated with a well-developed sense of purpose and persistence.
- Effective at working both self-reliantly and as part of a team.
- Well-developed presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Exemplary self-management and task prioritization skills.
