Fiberglass Laminator

Fluid Motion, LLC - Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs - is seeking experienced Fiberglass Laminators to join our team at our Auburn, WA facility. We are a growing company with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship in boat manufacturing. Compensation: $20 - $22+ per hour (DOE) Shift Hours: 5 am to 1:30 pm Responsibilities: • Apply fiberglass using a spray-up application technique, using rollers to compress fiberglass and remove air to create a smooth laminate. • Move molds to and from designated laminating areas. • Demold laminated parts from molds and prepare molds for re-spraying. • Follow safety protocols and proper use of laminating equipment provided.
