Fiduciary Team Lead

• Ensuring compliance with Group and Statutory standards, regulations, and guidelines for local GAAP and IFRS accounting policies
  
  - Responsible for all statutory fiduciary matters (audit and tax)
  
  - Responsible for end to end finance and accounting matters, overseeing month-end closing process, supporting treasury related matters, and credit management.
  
  - Representing the face of the finance team for Hitachi Energy Philippines locally
  
  - Coordinating all finance / accounting related matters between the business and the auditors, tax agents, CSS HUB team
  
  - Ensuring strong collaboration between all parties
  
  - Able to resolve issues and meet deadlines
  
  - Lead, motivate, and develop the Financial Reporting Team

- People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counseling, and coaching as needed

- Handle all accounting / finance related projects (ad hoc basis)

- Acting COE for PH teams (ensuring functions BU P&L are maintained accordingly and necessary accruals and allocations are done on a timely basis

- Responsible for the budgeting exercise for the functions BU

- Monitoring the Balance Sheet and conducting bi-yearly Balance Sheet review
