Positions include Equipment Operators, Crane Operators, Concrete Finishers, Pipefitters, Electricians, and Welders—each essential to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Team members perform hands-on tasks in field environments, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting overall project goals. • Equipment Operators:Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders for site prep, trenching, and material handling. Must be skilled in reading grade stakes and following operator safety procedures. • Crane Operators:Safely operate cranes to lift and move materials or equipment; conduct daily inspections and work closely with rigging crews to ensure stability and balance during lifts. NCCCO certification preferred. • Concrete Finishers:Perform concrete placement, finishing, patching, and curing; ensure proper slope, texture, and durability of concrete surfaces while adhering to mix and finish specifications. • Pipefitters:Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems for water, gas, or industrial process lines; interpret blueprints and ensure accurate fit-up and alignment. • Electricians:Install and maintain electrical systems for power distribution and controls, following all NEC and company safety standards; perform testing and troubleshooting as needed. • Welders:Perform structural and pipe welding using SMAW, GTAW, or FCAW processes; interpret weld symbols and ensure welds meet code, quality, and safety standards. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in one or more of the listed trades within industrial or heavy civil construction • Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and PPE requirements • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, or blueprints related to assigned trade • Must pass pre-employment drug and physical screenings • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in outdoor environments, and perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Safety equipment provided • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
