Responsibilities:
- Work with external customers as well as internal departments to ensure effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment
- Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems
- Perform system backups and recovery
- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Preferred skills(the more the better!):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, great time management skills, and the ability to manage complex data and technical documentation.
- Must be able to work on-call, after-hours, and Holidays periodically.
- Broad knowledge base spanning networking and servers (infrastructure)
- User-based technical support on all Windows and Mac operating systems
- Mobile device management, primarily iOS devices
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
- SAN and VMWare administration
- Networking/Security
- Meraki Firewalls
- Enterprise Wireless
- Routing and switching
- VoIP
Work Schedule/Travel - Shifts for this role will be scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. In addition to the normal work shifts, you must periodically be able to work on-call, after-hours, and holidays. Travel required, up to 70-80%.
