Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting into the business VP/CFO, the Field Finance Director, Warehouse/Logistics will lead finance support for all global warehouse and logistics functions and subfunctions supporting all business units.

• Engage with C-level leaders on a regular basis and provide outstanding engagement and support
• Oversee key initiatives (including tariffs) and address issues escalated from managers and staff; provide direction on all matters related to the warehouse / logistics function
• Provide guidance and support to all levels of management in ECS and Global Components businesses
• Guide the strategic direction of the finance function within the broader logistics and warehouse function.
• Provide leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
• Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units
• Develop departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
• Manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals
• Design, pilot, implement new operational and financial models for key supplier and customer initiatives. Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies
• Make decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives
• Look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
• Develop plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments
• Provide input to functional or departmental strategy

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Global experience is preferred and considered an asset

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$145,800.00 - $295,625.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
