Overview:

As LivePerson's Field Marketing Coordinator, you will strategize and independently accomplish field marketing campaigns intended to increase growth in LivePerson's North American market. You will collaborate with important partners to develop agendas and event schedules; ensure plans align with the overarching product roadmaps, our priorities and LivePerson's vision. You will work with our North American field organization and manage out-of-the-box account-based marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities to close. You will be part of a nimble, highly impactful team and help guide the use of Conversational AI and messaging among the world's largest brands.

You will:

  • Implement North American field marketing programs: Lead events end-to-end while developing event strategy and ensuring innovative event experience
  • Work with top customer advocates and other important partners to develop thoughtful content for virtual and in person events, email campaigns, sales tools
  • Collaborate with North American sales leaders and client partners to guide account-based marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities to close
  • Assist our sales development team through the creation of a regular stream of content and guidance on converting marketing leads
  • Oversee regional budget and create data-driven program insights to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determine return on investment

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Experience working with executives
  • Proficiency speaking to and writing about technology solutions
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field
