Job Description
As part of our Diagnostic Imaging marketing team, you'll be helping improve patient outcomes using our AI-driven cloud technology for medical imaging. You'll be working to expand our solutions and harness cloud technology and real-time clinical intelligence to reveal actionable insights, overcome inefficiencies, and close the loop on failed follow ups. As 80 percent of radiology reports in the U.S. are already generated by our solutions, help us continue to provide intelligent clinical guidance solutions for radiologists.
Summary:
The Field Marketing Manager, Radiology is responsible for delivering custom marketing programs to support Diagnostic solutions in achieving their growth and bookings targets. They will be responsible for developing and executing multi-touch, multi-channel, and account-based programs that drive and accelerate healthcare pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage development and execution for integrated marketing plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, and virtual events to drive lead, pipeline, and revenue targets within the Diagnostic solutions line of business.
- Develop and execute a strategy that optimizes marketing conversion paths and drives key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, and bookings.
- Develop all internal and external communications to support the campaigns including email invites, online ad/landing page content and newsletters.
- Partner with other Marketing teams and Centers of Excellence including Solutions Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Communications and Product Management to maximize synergy and ROI across demand generation, awareness, thought leadership and product launch activities.
- Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects.
- Keep pace with demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of related marketing experience; Healthcare and/or Diagnostic marketing experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Exceptional relationship building, customer service, and communication skills
- Creative thinker - Ability to try new things and think outside-the-box
- Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Critical Thinking Skills- Ability to weigh options and determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal supervision
- Strong Organizational Ability
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external parties on behalf of the organization
- Strong writing and editing skills
