Field Marketing Manager
Job Description
Beacon Platform was founded in 2014 by Kirat Singh and Mark Higgins, industry leaders in building and designing enterprise-scale trading, analytics, and risk management platforms. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Beacon field marketing events. The position will report directly to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with other members of the Content and Marketing team, as well as the Sales and Product team.Â
Responsibilities:
- Define and Execute a Global and Regional Field Marketing Strategy
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to identify the needsÂ
- Identify key industry events we should attendÂ
- Plan bespoke events such as roundtables and roadshow
- Own sponsorship or partnership opportunities with third party providers
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements: speaking, stand, branding
- Keep up to date the list of third party events
- Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget:
- Plan locations, venue finding, ordering materials
- Organize staff presence, tickets
- Ensure staff bring necessary tools and resources, such as brochures and demo products, for a field display
- Ensure all our events are aligned with our key messaging
- Manage on-site stand/booth
- Coordinate external suppliers
- Pre-event planning and internal coordination
- Prepare speaking engagement: slides, speaker notes
- Pre-event marketing outreach and promotion: invites, email campaigns, registration
- Staff briefing
- Post-event managementÂ
- Coordinate follow-ups with Sales team
- Post event campaigns
- Establish key performance indicators for field marketing activities to measure success
- Prepare reports on field marketing activities to present to upper management
- ROI measurement and budget tracking
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in Events Management and a proven track record of delivering successful events; financial industry and/or B2B fintech experience preferred but not required.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on attitude, excellent planning skills and attention to detail
- Strong reporting capabilities and ROI tracking experience
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and Pardot

Expected Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
