About the role:
As Swimm’s Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a diverse mix of strategic marketing programs aligned with the overall marketing and sales strategy.Â
You’ll be working alongside the regional Marketing and Sales teams to develop, execute, and optimize the company’s go-to-market strategy.Â
You’ll be reporting to the VP of Marketing, executing regional events, digital events, demand generation campaigns, partner programs, and 3rd party engagements.Â
The ideal candidate must be results-driven, team-centric, and customer-obsessed.
Some more responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional field marketing plans to grow Swimm’s customer base.
- Owning the orchestration, development, and execution of field events, customer events, industry events, webinars, regional ad hoc campaigns, content syndication, social media, etc.
- Working in partnership with the regional teams and across the marketing function with sales, operations, content, product, and creative to drive meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
- Managing vendor relations with relevant industry associations, partnerships, and other 3rd parties.
- Contributing to influencing budget and resources, by developing regional tactical plans, while leveraging ROI, influence, and campaign attribution data.
Your qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- A successful track record of building and executing high-performing marketing campaigns and partnering with sales teams.
- Experience building and managing targeted marketing plans and programs that support growth through account acquisition and expansion.
- Vendor and partner experience.
- Copywriting experience.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales automation tools such as HubSpot and SFDC.

Compensation and benefits:
Base salary range: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr
