Job Description
As a Field Marketing Manager at Onit you will help build awareness, capture leads, and support our global sales team. You will thrive in this role if you are detail-oriented, can hustle under tight deadlines, and are a self-starter who can proactively work to solve problems and execute detailed field marketing plans.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute field marketing plans to support our global marketing and revenue objectives.
- Effectively manage event timelines, budgets and logistics with a bias toward communication and details.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, company events, webinars, partner events, and more.
- Coordinate speaking slots at applicable events, rallying our internal Speakers Bureau for topics and speakers.
- Measure and analyze performance of field marketing events, including awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
- Closely collaborate with product marketing, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and positioning.
What You Will Bring to Onit
- 4+ years in a Field Marketing role at a software company.
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate many details on tight timelines with competing priorities.
- Proven track record of delivering complex and highly detailed marketing projects on time and on budget.
- A self-starter with the ability to suggest new ways to amplify our brand presence through field marketing activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
