Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Mitratech. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing tradeshows and conferences, and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns by leveraging a content marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with HR Experts, Content, Sales and Account teams, You will utilize data to uncover marketing opportunities, oversee content creation, email campaigns, social media, and paid digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey. Ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and brand messaging
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Utilize various channels including content, email, digital marketing, events, and the partnership channel to drive demand.
  • Tradeshow and Conference Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage company participation in tradeshows and conferences. Oversee promotional materials and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM campaigns to target key accounts. Collaborate with sales and account teams to tailor messaging and strategies for high-value prospects.

Partner Channel: Coordinate with the Partner Marketing Team on joint campaigns, co-branded content, and partner events to drive mutual growth and strengthen relationships.

  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and support the sales pipeline. Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing data and metrics to uncover opportunities for optimization. Use insights to refine strategies, improve campaign performance, and enhance lead quality.
  • Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Support the company's social media presence to help engage with followers and  enhance brand visibility.
  • Paid Digital Marketing: Plan paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired KPIs.
  • Webinar Creation and Delivery:  Plan and execute HR compliance content based webinars with subject matter experts to drive client awareness, pain/needs development, user engagement and - ultimately - leads for Mitratech solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the HCM SaaS industry. Proven track record of successful content marketing strategies, lead generation, event management, and ABM campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Marketo, SalesForce, Asana, and 6Sense. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
