The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Field Marketing Director, and the Account Executives within the region. This role works to provide the messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials, and events management needed to achieve the team's sales revenue targets.
Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager:
  • Manage the execution and positioning of sales support deliverables, including but not limited to regional sales collateral, local marketing campaigns, outreach resources, digital web resources, social media, and other special projects.
  • Strategize regional events and handle event logistics, including but not limited to securing venues, developing promotional resources to drive attendance and lead registration lists, crafting and ordering customer giveaways, securing and collaborating with speakers.
  • Build and develop a positive relationship with the Field Marketing Director, the Account Executives, and Per Diems across the region
  • Maintain frequent communication to resolve how to meet needs, fill gaps, and use resources most appropriately within the region.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to customize national marketing materials, as well as provide ongoing input from the field.
  • Facilitate responses to district questionnaires and rubrics.
  • Work independently and efficiently collaborate across teams
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed

Basic Qualifications of the Field Marketing Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing or related field
  • Adobe Acrobat and Windows program skills
  • Experience successfully leading complex projects-excellent project management skills are significant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing campaigns that drive sales

Preferred Qualifications of the Field Marketing Manager:
  • Experience working with copywriting, design, production, and digital/ print marketing teams
  • Leading all aspects of direct mail initiatives
  • Efficiently prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Innovative problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of the educational marketplace, industry trends,and funding developments
  • Understanding of Amplify's products
  • Amplify sales experience a plus

The gross salary range for this role is $80k-$90k.
