Field Marketing Manager US & Mexico

Carbyne's field marketing manager is responsible for regional marketing and sales support for Mexico and North America. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the B2G sales process. They work closely with our Mexico sales team to create a marketing program that supports their needs in the field. The field marketer will be responsible for the translation and localization of marketing materials into regionally relevant sales enablement. This includes the website, brochure, and landing page localization for the Mexican market.
The candidate will have experience managing our presence at regional events and coordinating prospecting lunch-and-learns. The field marketing manager will have experience capturing leads from events and ensuring they are entered into our marketing automation platform in as easy and automated a manner as possible. They will be able to review and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns so we provide the Sales team with leads that meet our buying personas. This role will be located in our NYC office in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be an advocate for the sales regions you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
- Define and deliver a marketing plan for the Mexican region.
- Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team. This includes translation into Spanish for the Mexican region.
- Ensure all regional (U.S. and Mexico) events are produced on time, within budget, and measure and report on their effectiveness.
- Regional marketing campaign strategy, development, and execution of digital and advertising programs in the Mexican market
- Capture, collect, and ensure all event leads are seamlessly added into our marketing automation system, qualified, and scored for sales acceptance.
- Track your marketing programs and determine the most successful campaign tactics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant field marketing experience.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish is a Must.
- Experience and understanding of selling strategy to Mexican regional governments.
- Experience with organizing local and regional events
- Ability to manage an event on time and budget
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
- Experience using Hubspot and Salesforce
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

If your position is based in Carbyne's NYC office or will require travel to the NYC office, your offer will be contingent upon proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
The pay range for this position in New York City is $100,000 - $140,000 + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401K). Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
