This role provides a critical operational backbone to the field marketing team, ensuring events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives run smoothly and deliver measurable results. You will coordinate and execute a wide range of field activities, from regional dinners and conferences to booth programs and promotional campaigns, while managing logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up. The position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your work will directly impact referral generation, brand awareness, and business growth, ensuring the field team is prepared, on-brand, and successful in engaging audiences. This is a hybrid role combining remote work with travel to key events.
Accountabilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute field events including dinners, partner lunches, conferences, and on-site activations.Manage logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, contracts, menus, AV, staffing, and day-of event coordination.Oversee booth programs and promotional materials: ordering, shipping, setup, and vendor management.Create standardized event briefs, playbooks, and checklists to ensure consistency and eliminate last-minute issues.Maintain inventory of swag, marketing collateral, and field kits, ensuring timely distribution and replenishment.Support Salesforce-based campaigns: design and deploy targeted email blasts and track event-driven leads.Facilitate post-event follow-up: route leads, execute thank-you workflows, and produce detailed recaps with recommendations.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.2–5+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, or commercial operations.Proven ability to manage logistics-heavy programs end-to-end, including events, conferences, and shipments.Proficiency with business tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project tracking platforms.Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development/Sales, Operations, and external vendors.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) for lead routing and follow-up tracking.Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.Experience in healthcare, mental health, or referral-driven growth environments preferred.Comfortable traveling 25–35% of the time and working remotely from a quiet, dedicated space.
