We are looking for a competitive Field Marketing Representative to drive brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with our consumers. By traveling to our tradeshows and other sponsored events, these individuals will act as the liaisons between buyers and sellers, as they provide valuable information about products and services to consumers. This person will be responsible for executing local and national brand events helping create memorable live experiences for our customers and potential leads. This person will help develop the strategy and identify key events that align with our brand architecture and overall strategy. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will make a major impact on the AffiniPay business by sourcing new sales opportunities, managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. This person should possess creativity, excellent communication, organizational and planning skills, integrity, follow-up and follow-through and the ability to work across multiple levels within the company.Â
What You'll Do:
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
- Ensure events are in line with AffiniPay’s brand strategy so that brand presence is maximized at events, and they are fully leveraged to meet pre-planning deadlines and execution standards of excellence.
- Drive onsite execution for delivering core brand equities in one-to-one interactions bringing the Brand to life; conducts follow-up with a detailed assessment and metrics of each event.
- Ensure all logistical processes relating to event participation are executed in a timely fashion.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure that all leads are followed up on with in SLA (service-level agreement) .
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
- Manage all travel and lodging needs associated with these events.
- Help to plan and manage experiential marketing events (in-person, online and hybrid)Â
- Manage and ensure achievement of event marketing goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
- Develop robust knowledge of our product lines and services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 3+Â years of experience in sales or field marketing in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience driving and executing the strategy
- Flawless execution of tasks, with high attention to detail, organization and process with a proven track record.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective and professional communicator.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and departments.
- Proven track record to follow-up and follow through.
- Ability to think and problem-solve creatively.
- Ability to travel several times per month.
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is between $65,000 - $80,000 USD annually. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
