Field Marketing Representative

Ever-Green Tree Care is the Northwest’s Largest Tree Preservation Company. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. No tree industry experience required, training provided. Job Description • Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts. • Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home • Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists • We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily • Marketing materials & company apparel provided Compensation: • Most Reps average $60-$80k per year working 30hrs. a week, top performers earning $100K+ • Base Pay Salary ($39,000-$45,500K) • 2% Commission (uncapped) • Weekly lead and sales Incentives can earn you an extra $200-$400 per week • Milestone incentives • Monthly cell reimbursement • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401K • Paid time off (PTO) • Incentive for high traction shoes or boots • $1,500 Incentive after 90 and 180 days for FT employees working 30 hrs. or more Must have reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and proof of car insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $39,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Do you have a reliable vehicle to get to your assigned area daily? • Do you have any outside sales or direct marketing experience? • Please briefly explain your interest in the position and why you feel you would be a good fit?
