Field Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced field marketing specialist to accelerate our success at events, conferences, and bottom of the funnel (BOF) marketing initiatives. The Field Marketing Specialist will support overall Caylent go-to-market activities and coordinate tactical event marketing efforts focused on building awareness around the Caylent brand, services and offerings. 

You will be responsible for supporting activities which drive engagement with attendees and managing execution of region specific demand generation, events, and outreach campaigns, working directly with our sales team and partners. 

Your Assignment

Support overall Caylent go-to-market activities and coordinate tactical event marketing efforts focused on building awareness around the Caylent brand, services, and offerings.

Execute Caylent Event Marketing activities: 

• Designing event marketing materials
• Creating social promotion campaigns for events, partner conferences and tradeshows
• Designing digital content including landing pages for webinars, virtual & in-person events, virtual & in-person labs/ immersion days
• Collaborate with peers and vendors to plan and execute on field marketing events, which includes customer events, partner conferences, and tradeshows
• Handling requests pertaining to Caylent’s gifting platform

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field preferred 
• 2+ years of marketing experience at a B2B company required. Technical consulting companies preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Splashthat, and Canva (or InDesign) preferred 
• Ability to organize, influence and negotiate both within and outside of the organization
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong bias for action: ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A team player with a “can do” positive approach who can think outside the box and problem solve often in difficult situations and on-the-go
• Ability to travel 50% or more

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. If you are hired at Caylent, your base salary is determined on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other market conditions. While it's not typical for offers to be made at the top of the range, please keep in mind that the base salary range is only one component of your overall compensation. Additionally, you are eligible for the benefits, bonuses, and incentives as listed above in the job description!
