We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of conferences, trade shows, and events for prospective customers and clinicians. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, this role will contribute to lead-generation for the Sales team, market awareness, and implement a brand experience at events for nurses around the country. This role will be assigned a set portfolio of events and conferences throughout the year around the U.S. As a representative of the connectRN brand, the Field Marketing Specialist must be knowledgeable of our brand and mission and comfortable interacting with new people to share our story.
You will…
- Plan logistics for conferences, trade shows, and events as assigned
- Lead on-site execution of trade show booths, tabletops displays, and small events/gatherings, includes liaising with vendors and conferences organizers
- Lead execution of events, includes liaising with vendors and guests and managing teammates
- Interact and connect with potential customers and clinicians at on-site activationsÂ
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure conference and event goals are met
- Create proposals, briefings, and slide decks to prepare team for conferences and events and evaluate successÂ
- Support Sales Team and lead Marketing Ops pre- and post- conference by tracking attendees and following-up with leads generated using Salesforce
- Support Brand, Content, and Clinician Acquisition teams in compiling event feedback, following-up with guests, and measuring event success
You have…
- Some event planning or field marketing experienceÂ
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing a positive and memorable client experience; strong interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting and connecting with prospective customers
- Ability to travel to conferences and events
