Summary: VES is looking for a Field Operations to support our growth in Odessa, TX. This person performs variety of receiving, shipping, warehouse and delivery functions. Field focused and may include weekend and/or night-time call outs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Pulls and assembles orders and moves items to packing station or shipping area. Ensures that products match the requests.
• Prepare orders incoming and outgoing utilizing best practices and a variety of material handling equipment and safety standards. Notes and reports damages immediately.
• Maintains clear, safe workspaces by keeping warehouse and assigned vehicle clean and organized.
• Communicates with sales and operations any of the customer needs/concerns that come up during delivery of tools as well as completion of deliveries.
• Assists with cycle counts, inventory counts and warehouse management.
• Supports and assists field sales professionals with scheduling, delivery and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Performs other duties and participated in projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School/GED diploma or two to four years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience. 
• A valid driver license.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse environment.
