To join our team as a Field Operations Coordinator! In this role, you will work with field resources (auditors, installers, customers, etc) to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics, resource coordination, and reporting.
You’re a great fit if you can…
- Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
- Follow data processing procedures regarding scheduling and invoicing, among other program data necessities
- Support various with stakeholders – internal and external – with technical written and verbal communication
- Work flexible shifts, 7:30a – 4:30p or 8a-5p in between – open to M-F or swapping a weekday for a Saturday
Exciting candidates will have…
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, in field operations, program coordination, data processing, programmatic customer support, etc
- 1-2 years of Excel experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate's degree
- Salesforce experience
Target Compensation
$26 - $29 / hour

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
