- Analyze and report on key business metrics related to staffing, utilization, bookings, revenue, and implementation progress
- Design and drive proactive process, workflow, and automation improvements that optimize scaled efficiency and productivity across revenue teams
- Extract key business insights from qualitative and quantitative data, identify potential risks and opportunities and create solutions to mitigate long-term issues and drive more revenue and growth
- Work hand and hand with sales leadership to identify and standardize processes and work cross-functionally with other business units (e.g. Finance, Marketing) to drive added value to change, improve, and invent new processes
- Build and maintain reports in Salesforce.com, ClickUp and other reporting tools such as Tableau in order to measure and analyze performance against goals
- Stay abreast of all critical feedback and suggestions and manage the prioritization of incoming requests as areas of improvement are highlighted
- Partner closelDirect the team of revenue strategy and analytics analysts and ensure that they are taking a proactive approach to anticipating potential issues and providing valuable feedback and strategic recommendations to improve sales velocity
- Assist in operational activities for our vetted partner program as well as ad hoc project support
- Provide oversight and governance of ClickUp policies and Rules of Engagement and take an objective perspective to manage projects and suggestions
- 2+ years of experience working with Sales and/ or CX functions in a consultative capacity to provide data and operational insights and recommendations
- 1+ years of experience working at a high-growth start up managing a revenue operation or sales operations team
- 1+ years of experience working at a PLG company preferred
- 1+ years of experience with advanced reporting solution(s) (Tableau, MS PowerBI) preferred
- Citizenship or pre-approved ability to work in the UK or Ireland
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Deep experience with revenue technologies, especially salesforce, and an ability to understand and learn new technologies
- Experience rolling out business process improvements to drive operational excellence
- Strong MS Excel skills (charts, pivot, statistics) strongly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
- Strong math, statistics and/or accounting skills
- Bachelor’s in technical or business field or equivalent amount of experience and education
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Team player with an ability to assess problems and solutions from an objective perspective that is in the best interest of the business
