Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual . . .

To become an energy efficiency program retail Field Representative working on behalf of our client's organizations. Establish and build relationships in local and regional markets. Manage program related in-store displays and Point of Purchase materials. Record in-store visit details and outreach interactions in accordance with program procedures. Provide accurate and detailed reports with photographs. Verify product status is accurate and complete in accordance with Qualified Products List. Educate retail store staff and customers on program eligibility and energy efficiency upgrade opportunities. Plan and execute a route of retail store locations for daily visits. Develops strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. Works with engineering and program personnel to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements. Prepares sales forecasts. Troubleshoots technical issues, determines solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends solutions.

• Have a current Texas Driver License with a good driving record.

• Visit multiple retail stores daily in assigned territory.

• Audit and report on product stock levels and pricing for eligible energy products.

• Record data and information on a company-provided laptop computer or iDevice while in-store.

• Place Point of Purchase materials in-store for multiple eligible products.

• Educate retail associates, store managers, and customers concerning energy efficiency opportunities and program-eligible products.

• Schedule and conduct promotion events/tabletop events and document customer interactions.

• Fleet vehicle and associated travel expenses provided.

• Detailed training, Personal Protective Equipment, laptop, and iDevices provided.

Education and Experience

• 0-2 years' experience in retail, merchandising or energy industries.

• Customer service and sales experience a plus.

• High school graduate or GED required. Some college preferred.

• Spanish-speaker a plus.
