Position Summary:
Our Field Sales Administrator provides high level business and administrative support to the Sales leadership and our Sales Training team. You must be resourceful, blending creativity and administrative abilities to achieve outstanding results. As part of that role, the person will become a go-to point of contact for Salesforce and Sales Rabbit. field-based personnel. Essential Functions
- Focus on all administrative needs of our Sales leaders and the Sales team. This includes daily sales reports, sales budget reports, and other related sales reports as needed.
- Be efficient and proactive in using Salesforce and Sales Rabbit. Become an expert in all things Salesforce and Sales Rabbit.
- Conducts regular sales audits and tracks KPI’s for Sales leadership.
- Provide a broad variety of administrative support tasks including, but not limited to managing multiple calendars; completing expense reports; answer incoming calls; and arranging complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Provide copy, fax, mail, Fed Ex and courier services ensuring on time preparation and delivery.
- Process Purchase requisitions in accordance with Company polices and procedures.
- Prepare and/or edit presentations, spreadsheets, minutes for meetings and general correspondence for managerial review.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner, is compliant with company policies and processes, and reflects the highest level of professionalism.
- Draft and edit correspondence including appropriate formatting and obtaining signatures, if necessary.
- Handle all expense reports for Sales Leadership team ensuring compliance with all company policies and guidelines.
- Negotiate and arrange on and off-site meetings and prepare agendas; reserve and prepare conference rooms and meeting space, catering as needed; coordinate travel and logistics, and greet and coordinate activities for guests.
- Ensure the smooth flow of communication and information to cross functional partners, Senior Management, and clients.
- Assist in the development of, and ensure delivery of, Sales and Sales Training communications.
- Work with Marketing to ensure continuity of print materials for representative ordering.
- Manage and prioritize conflicting needs and proactively solve issues.
- May have additional duties as assigned by Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Exceptionally high attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Clear, professional, and concise communicator both verbally and in writing – especially via email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficiency with Outlook (email, calendar, WebEx, Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
- Highly professional and able to manage confidential information
Other Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative support role, prefer 3+ years of supporting Sales leaders
- Prefer 2+ years of Salesforce experience
