Are you an enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant? Are you based in the Skövde or Mariestad area?

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual passionate about building strong client relationships and helping veterinary clinics thrive. As a primary representative of Next2Vet, you will be responsible for visiting veterinary clinics, understanding their needs, and presenting Next2Vet as the preferred distributor for their practice.

The Role

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring Next2Vet is seen as a trusted partner for their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Actively promote and sell consumables, medical equipment and other services within your territory, aiming to maximize Next2Vet’s market share.
  • Sales Planning: Conduct strategic sales meetings following Next2Vet’s coverage and frequency plan to meet client needs effectively.
  • Product Promotion and Demonstration: Engage in product demonstrations and communicate the unique benefits of Next2Vet’s offerings.
  • Customer Offers: Prepare, send, and follow up on customer offers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update and report activities in the CRM system to maintain an organized and effective sales process.
  • Event Participation: Represent Next2Vet at local and national veterinary congresses and contribute actively to sales meetings and training sessions.

You

- Sales Experience: Previous experience in a field sales or account management role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare sectors.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, plan your schedule, and achieve goals effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Passion for Veterinary Care: A genuine interest in the veterinary field and an understanding of the needs of veterinary professionals.

This role involves regular travel, with an expected average of 160-170 travel days per year to conduct client meetings and attend events.
