As the Field Sales Coordinator, at 7shifts you’ll act as the go-to person for field sales, scraping, updating, and cleaning leads to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the board. In this role, you’ll harness the power of information to fuel our Field Sales team with enriched data that will help drive revenue generation and operational excellence. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a knack for database management and a desire to drive confidence in our intelligence, as we continue to foster our vision of being the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external sources to scrape lead lists for all Field Sales Representatives to help drive revenue generation
  • Scrub and update inbound and partner leads with proper attribution to ensure data hygiene and accuracy across all territories
  • Maintain territories within Salesforce MAPS to ensure proper distribution of leads, eliminate gaps in coverage and manage lead procurement to uncover common key attributes to drive success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Sales representatives in regards to SFDC updates such as, creating lead views and uploading leads, to increase efficiencies
  • Manage the data input / output process for all AE / BDR funnel, and work with partners to enhance data points on leads, through lead enrichment initiatives to promote optimal performance

What you bring:

  • Hands-on experience in business administration, sales operations, or related field
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with strong communication abilities 
  • Excellent excel / sheets skills - you understand relational databases and have experience managing large data sets
  • Process-oriented - with the ability to context switch and add order where there isn’t any
  • Ability to work independently - You can take a goal, break it down into manageable components and execute with speed

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
