Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Leader to join our organisation in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing field sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
- Build, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the local market in Bratislava and surrounding regions
- Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Fluency in Slovak and English
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
