About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Field Sales Representative will have a strong grasp of sales principles to expand their responsibilities to sell our product and lead growth initiatives into new industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and meet sales targets buy rapidly building a pipeline of qualified customers
- Create and manage an aggressive business development plan utilizing email & cold call campaigns and other outbound lead generation techniques
- Develop new prospects by creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Manages the customer acquisition process from onboarding, to operations, to post sale project implementation
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of freight logistics industry
- Exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrated success in growing client accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
- Ability to travel up to 70% or more depending on business needs
- Ability to relate to and influence various levels of decision makers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- 2- 5 years freight sales, business development or related industry experience
Compensation: $80k, plus commission
