Field Sales Representative, Uber Eats, Frankfurt (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential Restaurant Partners to successfully onboarding them onto the Uber Eats platform.
• Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats, including our latest products and initiatives, tailoring your pitch to their specific needs.
• Craft and negotiate terms that create mutually beneficial relationships with our restaurant partners.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of Uber Eats in your designated area.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers and operations, to ensure a seamless experience and partner success.

Basic Requirements

• German and English - Fluent
• First Direct Sales experience with a proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals.
• Success in building strong partnerships and winning new business, both in person and over the phone.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and exciting others.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to embodying Uber's values in your work, including acting with integrity, striving for continuous improvement, and prioritising the needs of our partners.
