Accountabilities:

  • Drive sales performance and brand visibility within assigned retail locations through effective relationship management and customer engagement.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while educating consumers and store staff on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations and training sessions to support sales growth and increase product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail teams and key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
  • Execute merchandising strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management initiatives to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Participate actively in leadership development initiatives and ongoing training programs to strengthen professional and leadership skills.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous experience in retail sales, field sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
    • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada.
    • Ability to travel regularly within assigned territories and work in a field-based environment.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring reaching or movement of products and displays.
    • Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in sales, leadership development, and career growth.
