Job Description:
Provide after-sales service for GC/GCMS chromatography to customers, including installation, maintenance, customer training, and repair. Meet customers' post-sales needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete the installation, maintenance, training of chromatography, and provide basic application support and on-site repairs;
2. Provide necessary technical support to customers if needed;
3. Complete service reports according to requirements, including installation and repair, and upload them in a timely manner;
4. Enhance customer satisfaction;

5. Report installation errors and hot cases according to company procedures, and track and update the status in a timely manner;
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues, sharing work experiences and insights;
7. Communicate effectively with sales personnel to identify and report potential sales opportunities.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as chemistry, electronic engineering or related fields;
2. 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Basic knowledge of circuits and intermediate to advanced chemical abilities;
4. Ability to work independently;
5. Ability to read English materials fluently and communicate in fluent English.
