Job Summary:

As an FSE, you will provide technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, calibrating, testing and repairing of instrumentation systems (including associated hardware) for use in medical or industrial applications. This includes maintaining records relating to installation and service work performed.

You will also train users on proper equipment usage. As well as troubleshooting customer complaints via telephone and/or email; all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on instruments, reagents, consumables, and other related products
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance services
• Assist in promotional activities such as workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding unresolved issues
• Follow up with customers after a complaint has been made
• Provide customer assistance by phone, e-mail, and in person
• Respond to customer complaints through contact with internal departments and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• with 4 Year Experience and more in a Diagnostic platform
• Previous experience working in the Medical Device industry would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
