- Understanding field service related business processes, challenges and pain points in the Power and Utilities Industry while understanding of art of the possible and future capabilities of Field Service Management / Mobility solutions;
- Formulating best practices in Field Service Management / Mobility Solutions business processes; and,
- Participating in the improvement of business processes while identifying pain points and opportunities to optimize related processes.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs including:
- Participating in client discussions and meetings;
- Assisting in client engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
- Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
