Field Service Technician

We're currently seeking seasoned professionals with a solid background in industrial maintenance to join our team. In this role, you'll be tasked with diagnosing and resolving issues with corrugated machinery at customer sites, making this position a 100% travel commitment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing corrugated machinery at customer sites.
• Providing after-hours emergency support to our valued clientele.
• Conducting preventative maintenance, service, and warranty interventions.
• Collaborating closely with customers to efficiently address machinery concerns.
• Managing travel arrangements and generating comprehensive service reports and timesheets for billing purposes.
• Demonstrating flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and overtime hours as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, complemented by excellent communication skills.
