Field Welder

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency specializing in skilled trades, is seeking a Field Welder with strong structural steel experience for a steel contractor in Arizona. Job Title: Field Welder – Structural Steel Location: Various Job Sites Across Arizona Pay: $26–$50/hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed) This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their craft, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every job site. Work will take place at various commercial and industrial job sites across Arizona. Key Responsibilities: • Weld and install structural steel components on-site • Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols • Perform stick (SMAW) and/or flux-core (FCAW) welding • Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE • Work at heights and in outdoor environments • Communicate effectively with foremen and crew members Qualifications: • 2+ years of field welding experience in structural steel • Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions • Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Arizona • Reliable, hardworking, and strong communication skills • Welding certifications and OSHA 10/30 are a plus What We Offer: • Competitive pay: $26–$50/hour (depending on experience) • Weekly pay through Madden • Opportunities for long-term placement • Support from a team that values your skills and work ethic Ready to join a crew that builds big and treats you right?
