FileNet Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET and FileNet with a preference for those who have demonstrated ability in Payer. This role involves leading development projects ensuring high-quality work you're doing and supplying to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions.

Location: Plano TX - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment to quality standards.
• Supervise the design development and implementation of software solutions using .NET and FileNet technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews testing and alignment to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and system architecture diagrams.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to collaborators providing regular updates and seeking feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to seek innovative solutions and optimize existing processes.

Qualifications:

Possess a strong background in .NET and FileNet technologies with proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions.

Minimum 10 years of experience

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
