How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Operate de-wheying, form filling equipment and acidification tunnels
• Complete appropriate data entry and basic PLC machine set up
• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
• Operate CIP and COP processes
• All functions of the filler, drain belt, and tracks and turners
• Operate pH meter and sampling
• Clean up of filler and all tracking, pumps, lines, turners
• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Proficient in use of the computer
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices
• Compliance with food safety policies
• Follow GMPs and SOPs
• Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Requires regular attendance
