Finance is one of the most challenging areas in Yalo. Since we're a young company, there are many processes and policy still in the works. This, added to our rapid growth, poses an interesting opportunity to accelerate decision making.

The objective of this role is ensuring the correct accounting of Financial Information under it's responsibility, as well as compliance with controls, policies and corporate guidelines and protection of company assets.  Responsible for documenting accounting processes and controls.

What are the activities of a Finance & Accounting Expert?

• Support in the review of new contracts to ensure they meet prerequisites
• Serve as a link between sales, billing and accounting to ensure the correct control and registration of new contracts
• Responsible for the correct application of ASC 606 in new contracts with customers
• Coordinate Treasury processes and monitoring of bank accounts
• Responsible for the integrity of the accounting of  the areas under his charge in accordance with Local and US GAAP, aligned according to the Company's Corporate policies.
• Support in the analysis of monthly results to give explanations of the main variations in their areas
• Responsible for global treasury reports, accounting and order management
• The occupant of the position must comply with the established financial objectives and with the policies in force.

• 3+ years in General Accounting as well as knowledge in the interpretation of Financial Statements.
• Experience collaborating in a firm to an accountant.
• Understanding of the Software Industry would be a nice to have.
• ASC 606 Application Understanding
• Experience in Treasury and Cash Management Administration
• Good management of information systems: Netsuit, Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access).
