PURPOSE STATEMENT

Are you a current Accounting and/or Finance student pursuing your Bachelor's or Master's degree? Are you highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-driven? Come join Rich Products as our next Finance/Accounting Intern and play a key role in supporting our US & Canada business with reporting and analysis to support growth and aid in decision making.

This internship will begin in May 2023 and will be in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES• Assist with various financial reporting & analysis to support supply chain efforts primarily for procurement, transportation, and warehousing. • Monthly reporting such as raw material consumption, inventory analysis, projected volume vs flash, etc.• Working with Research and Development on formula optimization projects and reporting• Working with Indirect Category managers on improving categorization of spend data to identify contracted vs. non-contracted spend and find opportunities to reduce the tail of suppliers • Assistance with pricing models/bid P&L's• Assistance with measuring performance vs. target i.e. P&L reporting, SG&A spending, etc.• Assistance with measuring financial impact of cost savings projects and ensuring they are built into forecast projections• Communicating with USC Finance, Procurement and Customer Service and Logistics Teams to understand requests, prepare & share results• Utilize SAP and Excel to collect data and prepare reports

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards earning a B.S. or MBA degree (concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field)• 3.0 GPA or higher• Functional competencies to include strong financial & interpersonal skills
